FAQ's
When do I receive my photos?
I take pride in my work as a photographer which cannot be rushed. For all family packages, it takes 3-5 weeks for your full gallery to be completed. Sneak peeks will be given in 3-4 days after your session date.
For all wedding packages, your full gallery will be delivered in 4-6 weeks with sneak peeks delivered within the week of your wedding date.
Are you a recurring customer?
I offer $75 off on any package you choose from the above list. It will automatically be deducted from your final payment.
Are you insured?
Yes! I can send proof of insurance to any venue you choose for your wedding.
Additional information and policies:
All galleries have a 2 year expiration date. All packages are digital only. You will have the option to shop and purchase prints from your personal gallery once it is finished.
Rescheduling for bad weather:
If bad weather causes us to cancel our session, I will make every effort to reschedule it to a date that works for both of us. No additional fees will be charged. If no other date is possible, no cancellation fee will apply because of inclement weather. Your retainer will be returned if the photo shoot is cancelled because of weather.
Cancellation:
If you have to cancel your session for any reason other than inclement weather, I would keep the retainer agreed upon at booking.
Retainer Fee:
A retainer of 20% of the total cost for every wedding is required at booking. A retainer of $50 is required for every other package listed above.
Payment:
Full payment needs be received no later than the date of the photo shoot. I accept cash, credit & debit cards only.
